The identification and determination of costuslactone and dehydrocostuslactone in the supercritical CO_2 extract of aucklandia 
     木香CO_2超临界萃取物中木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯的鉴别与含量测定  

     The linear concentrations of costuslactone and dehydrocostuslactone were 0.4178 ～ 2.0888 μg and 0.3950～1.9752μg respectively. 
     检测波长为 2 2 5nm。 测得木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的线性范围分别为 0 41 78～ 2 .0 888μg和 0 .3950～ 1 .9752 μg ;  
  

     THE DETERMINATION OF BERBERINE AND COSTUS LACTONE IN THE CHINESE PROPRIETARY MEDICINE "XIANG LIAN WAN" WITH DUALWAVELENGTH TLC SCANNER 
     双波长薄层扫描法测定香连丸中小檗碱和木香内酯的含量  

     The costuslactone and dehydrocostuslactone in the supercritical CO 2 extract of aucklandia were identified by TLC using a mobile phase of petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and benzene (70∶5∶15) and the colour developing reagent of 5% vanillic aldehyde dissovled in sulfuric acid. 
     用薄层色谱法 (TLC) ,以 ψ(石油醚∶乙酸乙酯∶苯 ) =70∶5∶1 5为展开剂 ,质量分数为 5 %香草醛硫酸为显色剂对木香超临界萃取物中的木香烃内酯与去氢木香内酯进行鉴别 ; 并建立高效液相色谱法同时测定木香烃内酯与去氢木香内酯的含量方法。
