We propose that the risk of adverse outcomes, such as functional limitation and mortality, is better estimated by considering jointly obesity and muscle strength rather than obesity and muscle mass and the term “sarcopenic obesity” should be revisited. 
我们建议，不良结果的危险因素（如功能受限和死亡）最好同时考虑到肥胖和肌肉强度，而不是肥胖和肌肉量，“肌肉减少性肥胖”这个词也应当重新考虑其定义。
