[NIV] Wisdom is a shelter as money is a shelter, but the advantage of knowledge is this: that wisdom preserves the life of its possessor.

[NIV] With cunning they conspire against your people; they plot against those you cherish.

3[和合]他们同5谋奸诈,要害你的百姓;彼此商议,要害你所隐6藏的人。 |

[NIV] With his mouth the godless destroys his neighbor, but through knowledge the righteous escape.

9[和合]不虔敬的人用口败坏邻舍;义人却因知识得救。 |

[NIV] With this money be sure to buy bulls, rams and male lambs, together with their grain offerings and drink offerings, and sacrifice them on the altar of the temple of your God in Jerusalem.

17[和合]所以你当用这金银,急速买公牛、公绵羊、绵羊羔,和同献的17素祭奠祭之物,献在耶路撒冷你们神殿的坛上。 |

[NIV] With words of hatred they surround me; they attack me without cause.

3[和合]他们围绕我,说怨恨的话,又4无故地攻打我。 |

[NIV] Woe to you who add house to house and join field to field till no space is left and you live alone in the land.

8[和合]5祸哉!那些以房接房,以地连地,以致不留余地的,只顾自己独居境内。 |

[NIV] Would he oppose me with great power? No, he would not press charges against me.

6[和合]他岂用大能与我争辩吗?必不这样!他必理会我。 |

[NIV] Would not his splendor terrify you? Would not the dread of him fall on you?

|
11[和合]他的尊荣,岂不叫你们8惧怕吗?他的9惊吓,岂不临到你们吗? |

[NIV] Yet I am always with you; you hold me by my right hand.

然而我常与你同在,你搀着我的23右手。 |

[NIV] Yet I am poor and needy; come quickly to me, O God. You are my help and my deliverer; O Lord , do not delay.

5[和合]但我是7困苦穷乏的;神啊!求你速速8到我这里来!你是帮助我的,搭救我的。耶和华啊!求你不要耽延。 |
