Joseph prepared his chariot and went up to Goshen to meet his father Israel; as soon as he appeared before him, he fell on his neck and wept on his neck a long time.

Joseph remembered the dreams which he had about them, and said to them, You are spies; you have come to look at the undefended parts of our land.

Joseph said to him, No, my father, this one is the firstborn; put your right hand on his head.

Joseph said to his father, Not so, my father, for this one is the firstborn. Place your right hand on his head.

Joseph said to the people, Now that I have bought you and your land today for Pharaoh, here is seed for you so you can plant the ground.

|
23约瑟对百姓说，我今日为法老买了你们和你们的地，看哪，这里有种子给你们，你们可以种地。 |
|
Joseph said to them, It is just as I told you: You are spies!
|
|
|
14约瑟说，我才说你们是奸细，这话实在不错。 |
|
Joseph said to them, What is this deed that you have done? Do you not know that such a man as I can indeed practice divination?

创44:16占卜麽。犹大说、我们对我主说甚麽呢．还有甚麽话可说呢．我们怎能自己表白出来呢．神已经查出仆人的罪孽了．我们与那在他手中搜出杯来的都是我主的奴仆。 |

Joseph said to them, What is this you have done? Don't you know that a man like me can find things out by divination?

16犹大说，我们对我主说什么呢。还有什么话可说呢。我们怎能自己表白出来呢。神已经查出仆人的罪孽了。我们与那在他手中搜出杯来的都是我主的奴仆。 |

Joseph threw himself upon his father and wept over him and kissed him.

Joseph went and told Pharaoh, My father and brothers, with their flocks and herds and everything they own, have come from the land of Canaan and are now in Goshen.

1约瑟进去告诉法老说，我的父亲和我的弟兄带着羊群牛群，并一切所有的，从迦南地来了，如今在歌珊地。 |
