[NIV] We have escaped like a bird out of the fowler's snare; the snare has been broken, and we have escaped.

7[和合]我们好象雀鸟，从捕7鸟人的网罗里逃脱；网罗破裂，我们逃脱了。 |

[NIV] We have heard reports about them, and our hands hang limp. Anguish has gripped us, pain like that of a woman in labor.

24[和合]我们听见他们的风声，手就发软，28痛苦将我们抓住，疼痛仿佛产难的妇人。 |

[NIV] We have lived in tents and have fully obeyed everything our forefather Jonadab commanded us.
|
|
|
但住帐棚，听从我们先祖约拿达的话，照他所吩咐我们的去行。 |

[NIV] We have sinned, even as our fathers did; we have done wrong and acted wickedly.

我们与我们的祖宗一同犯9罪，我们作了孽，行了恶。 |

[NIV] We hoped for peace but no good has come, for a time of healing but there was only terror.

15[和合]我们指望平23安，却得不着好处；指望痊愈的时候，不料，受了惊惶。 |

[NIV] We inform the king that if this city is built and its walls are restored, you will be left with nothing in Trans-Euphrates.

16[和合]我们谨奏王知，这城若再建造，城墙完毕，河西之地王就无分了。” |
