7[和合]象尼罗河涨发，象江河之6水翻腾的是谁呢? |

[NIV] 'Woe to him who builds a city with bloodshed and establishes a town by crime!

12[和合]以人13血建城，以罪孽立邑的有祸了! |

[NIV] 'Yet they are foam on the surface of the water; their portion of the land is cursed, so that no one goes to the vineyards.

[NIV] A base and nameless brood, they were driven out of the land.
