[NIV] But now they are blacker than soot; they are not recognized in the streets. Their skin has shriveled on their bones; it has become as dry as a stick.

[NIV] But now, all you who light fires and provide yourselves with flaming torches, go, walk in the light of your fires and of the torches you have set ablaze.

[NIV] But since we belong to the day, let us be self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet.

[NIV] But the house of Israel is not willing to listen to you because they are not willing to listen to me, for the whole house of Israel is hardened and obstinate.

以色列家却不肯听从你，因为他们不肯听从5我；原来以色列全家是额坚心6硬的人。 |

[NIV] But the king will rejoice in God; all who swear by God's name will praise him, while the mouths of liars will be silenced.

[NIV] But the time will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them, and on that day they will fast.

但24日子将到，新郎要离开他们，那日他们就要禁食。 |

[NIV] But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.
