Party B pay the rental fee before the tenth day of every calendar one month. Party A shall provide to Party B the official after-tax invoice within 10 days.

Party B promises to party A to use the premises solely for the purpose of living.

乙方向甲方承诺，租赁该房屋仅作为住宅使用。 |
|
Party B promises to provide necessary modifications to the translation documents free of charge after the delivery.
|
|
|
七、乙方承诺，交稿后，免费对翻译稿进行必要修改，不另行收取费用。 |
|
Party B shall activly guide guests to incur consumption, and sales shall commence by year/month/day.
|
|
|
乙方积极引导客人消费,在年月日启动销售. |
|
Party B shall also notify Party A immediately after L/c is opened so that Party A can get prepared for delivery.

|
|
乙方开出信用证后,应立即通知甲方,以便甲方准备交货。 |
|
Party B shall be paid overtime for work done beyond normal duty hours on working days, or on day of rest or any holiday, at the rate of 150% of the normal hourly wage.

|
|
受聘方在工作的日常工作时间之外加班，或者在休息日及假日加班者，应按正常每小时工资的150%另付加班费。 |

Party B shall bear all expenses for advertising and publicity in connection with the commodity in question in China within the validity of this agreement, and shall submit to Party A all audio and video materials intended for advertising for prior approva

乙方负担本协议有效期内在中国销售代理商品做广告宣传的一切费用，并向甲方提交所用于广告的声像资料，供甲方事先核准。 |

Party B shall bear all expenses for advertising and publicity in connection with the products in question in USA within the validity of this agreement, and shall submit to Party A all audio and video materials intended for advertising for prior approval.

|
乙方负担本协议有效期内在美国销售代理商品做广告宣传的一切费用，并向甲方提交所用于广告的声像资料，供甲方事先核准. |
|
Party B shall bear all expenses for advertising and publicity within the aforementioned territory in the duration of this Agreement and submit to Party A all patterns and/or drawings and description for prior approval.

|
|
在本协议有效期内,乙方在上述经销地区所作广告宣传的一切费用,由乙方自理.乙方须事先向甲方提供宣传广告的图案及文字说明,由甲方审阅同意. |

Party B shall complete the translation work in time and deliver the translation by printed hard copy and a relevant disk within the agreed date (with the exception of the delay caused by Force Majeure).

|
二、乙方按时完成翻译任务(如发生不可抗力的因素除外)，向甲方提供已翻译好的打印件及电子文件各一份。 |
|
Party B shall indemnify Party A against all claims, proceedings, losses, damages and expenses arising as a result of any misconduct or any breach of this Contract by Party B.
|
|
|
受聘方应保障聘方不应由于受聘方的违反合同或其行为不端而遭受索赔、起诉、损失、损害、花费金钱等的牵连。 |
