And Jehovah rejected all the seed of Israel; and He afflicted them and delivered them into the hand of plunderers, until He had cast them out of His sight.

20耶和华就厌弃以色列所有的后裔，使他们受苦，把他们交在抢夺他们的人手中，直到赶出他们离开自己面前。 |

And Jehovah responded to the entreaty for the land, and the plague was stayed in Israel.

如此，耶和华应允国民为那地所恳求的，灾疫在以色列人中就止住了。 |

And Jehovah said to Cain, Why are you angry, and why has your countenance fallen?

6耶和华对该隐说，你为什么发怒？你为什么垂下脸来？ |

And Jehovah said to Gideon, Everyone who laps from the water with his tongue, as a dog laps, you shall set apart; likewise everyone who bows down on his knees to drink.

And Jehovah said to Gideon, The people with you are too many for Me to deliver Midian into their hand; Israel might vaunt himself against Me, saying, My own hand has saved me.

2耶和华对基甸说，跟随你的人太多，我不能将米甸人交在他们手中，免得以色列人向我夸大，说，是我们自己的手救了我们。 |

And Jehovah said to Joshua, See, I have given Jericho and its king and the mighty men of valor into your hand.

And Jehovah said to Moses and Aaron, This is the statute of the passover: No foreigner shall eat of it.

And Jehovah said to Moses, I will do this thing also that you have spoken; for you have found favor in My sight, and I know you by name.

17耶和华对摩西说，你所说的这事我也要行；因为你在我眼前蒙了恩，并且我按你的名认识你。 |
|
And Jehovah said to Moses, If her father had just spat in her face, would she not bear her shame seven days?
|
|
|
14耶和华对摩西说，她父亲若吐唾沫在她脸上，她岂不蒙羞七天么？ |
