O Arjuna, entering demoniac wombs birth after birth, these fools receive an even more abominable destination unable to achieve me.

阿诸那啊,一世又一世地投生于魔性的胎中,这些蠢人就陷入了更令人憎恶的厄运,而无法达到“我”的灵地。 |

O Arjuna, have you heard this with concentrated attention? O conqueror of wealth has your bewilderment due to illusion been dispelled?

阿诸那啊,你有没有凝神聆听啊?财富的征服者啊,你由于幻觉而产生的迷惑有没有被消除啊? |
|
O Arjuna, hear from Me, the factual understanding regarding renunciation; verily renunciation is described as threefold, O tiger among men.

阿诸那啊,听我说,关于放下的真实涵义,其实放下是具三重性的。人中之龙啊(阿诸那啊)。 |
|
O Arjuna, if therefore you are unable to completely establish the mind steadfastly in Me; then try to obtain Me by practicing the science of uniting the individual consciousness with the Ultimate Consciousness by remembering Me.

阿诸那啊,如果你不能完全地,踏实不变地把心意专注于“我”,就试着通过想念“我”来修炼个体意识(知觉)和根本意识(觉知)的融合统一,这样你也可以得到“我”。 |

O Arjuna, just as a blazing fire turns wood to ashes; similarly the fire of knowledge turns all reactions from fruitive activities to ashes.

阿诸那啊,就象烈火可以将木柴化为灰烬一样;同样地知识之火也可以把源于获利行为的所有报应焚为灰烬。 |

O Arjuna, know that the mode of passion is the source of lust and attachment and the producer of desire for sense gratification and sentimental infatuation; that enslaves the embodied consciousness by attachment to fruitive activities.

阿诸那啊,你要明白,欲望情感是性欲,爱恋,以及产生感官享受和情感迷醉的根源,它通过对获利行为的依恋而奴役束缚了体内的自我意识。 |

O Arjuna, nescience, inertness, neglectfulness and also illusion; when these arise the mode of ignorance predominates.

O Arjuna, offering sacrifice in knowledge is superior to offering sacrifice of material possessions; O subduer of enemies, all fruitive activities come to an end entirely by knowledge.

O Arjuna, prescribed actions which are performed as a matter of duty giving up attachment to fruitive results is considered renunciation in the nature of goodness.
