文摘:应用计算机模拟的方法，在不考虑燃烧的冷态情况下，研究了热风炉燃烧室内的气流分布规律.在此基础上，比较了2种不同设计方案的气流流动特征，尤其是研究了燃烧器空气通道内阻流板的设置与否对空气和煤气的流动和混合的影响.结果表明，阻流板的设计对加强空气和煤气的混合有着极为重要的作用，同时也增加了空气管道的阻力损失，在同样的工况条件下需要提高管道系统的总压力. |
