[bbe] For what is the hope of the sinner when he is cut off, when God takes back his soul?

|
不敬虔的人虽然得利，神夺取其命的时候，还有什么指望呢？ |
|
[bbe] For what profit has a man, if he gets all the world with the loss of his life? or what will a man give in exchange for his life?
|
|
|
人若赚得全世界、赔上自己的生命、有甚麽益处呢．人还能拿甚麽换生命呢。 |

[bbe] For when I have taken them into the land named in my oath to their fathers, a land flowing with milk and honey, and they have made themselves full of food and are fat, then they will be turned to other gods and will give them worship, no longer hono

|
那时、有许多祸患灾难临到他们、这歌必在他们面前作见证、他们后裔的口中必念诵不忘．我未领他们到我所起誓应许之地以先、他们所怀的意念我都知道了。 |

[bbe] For where two or three are come together in my name, there am I among them.
|

|
因为无论在那里、有两三个人奉我的名聚会、那里就有我在他们中间。 |
|
[bbe] For which is the simpler, to say, You have forgiveness for your sins; or to say, Get up and go?
|
|
|
但要叫你们知道人子在地上有赦罪的权柄、就对瘫子说、起来、拿你的褥子回家去罢。 |

[bbe] For without doubt there is a future, and your hope will not be cut off.
|
|
|
因为至终必有善报。你的指望也不至断绝。 |
|
[bbe] For you are not a God who takes pleasure in wrongdoing; there is no evil with you.
|
|
|
因为你不是喜悦恶事的神。恶人不能与你同居。 |
|
[bbe] For you have not come to the rest and the heritage which the Lord your God is giving you.
|

|
因为你们还没有到耶和华你神所赐你的安息地、所给你的产业。 |

[bbe] For you have said, The Lord has given us prophets in Babylon.
|
|
|
你们说，耶和华在巴比伦为我们兴起先知。 |
|
[bbe] For you seem to us to say strange things, and we have a desire to get the sense of them.
|
|
|
因为你有些奇怪的事、传到我们耳中．我们愿意知道这些事是甚麽意思。 |
|
[bbe] For you, Lord, will send a blessing on the upright man; your grace will be round him, and you will be his strength.
|
|
|
因为你必赐福与义人。耶和华阿，你必用恩惠如同盾牌四面护卫他。 |
