Operation: Performer put the thumbs with strength on “Yin Tang” between eyebrows to rub separatedly for both sides along with upside of eyebrows to “Zan Zhu” “Si Zhu Kong” “Tong Zi Liao” directly to “Tai Yang” repeatedly for six to thirty six times.

操作：施术者用两手大拇指指腹着力，从受术者两眉弓间“印堂”穴开始，沿眉弓上缘分别向外揉“攒竹”“丝竹空”“朣子髎”穴，直到“太阳”穴止，反复六至三十六次。 |

Operation: Pressing with both thumbs on both sides of “ji tu” of neck, holding to rub up and down for 3-6 times.

操作：施术者用两手拇指分别按压在受术者项部棘突两侧，自上而下按揉三至六次。 |

Operation: Rubbing separatedly with thumb or forefinger and middle finger on the above mentioned points for three to six times.

操作：用拇指或食中指指腹分别揉按以上各穴，分别自三至六次。 |

Operation: The performer aproachs his five finger for both hands crooking fingers or empty fists to smash with both wrists on shanks up and down repeatedly.

|
操作：施术者双手五指并拢，屈曲或空拳以腕关节的一起一落带动双拳交替着力叩，反复叩击。 |
|
Operation: The performer holds up in palms behind the belly both sides, then taking up with one hand the whole abdominal muscle, then pushing with another whole palm from “Jian Tu” down to below part of navel repeatedly for three six times .

|
操作：施术者先用两手托起受术者两侧的腹后壁合拢，然后用一只手拿握住整个腹直肌，再用另一只手全掌从剑突出向下推抚至脐下少腹部时按住不动，而另一只手则直接由脐下可做振赶操作，反复三至六次。 |

Operation: The performer puts his half clenched fists on both inner side and outside of the thigh of beneficiary , rubbing with two top fists oppositely up and down from the root of the thighs to the knees repeatedly for 3-6times.

|
操作：双手半握拳，并分别放在术者大腿内外两侧，并用力相对揉按，由上至下，由大腿根部至膝关节上止，反复操作三至六次。 |

Operation: The performer puts his palm to stroke with strength from “Tian Tu” down to “Jiu Wei” along with “Ren Mai Jing”, then strokes separatedly to both sides line and then returns lightly to the beginning repeatedly for six to thirty six times.

操作：术者两手伸开以全掌着力，以受术者的“天突”部位开始，沿任脉经向下抚至“鸠尾”处，然后向左右分抹至体侧线，轻抹带回至起点，反复操作六至三十六次。 |

Operation: The performer puts his thumbs on “Wei Dao” point below navel to rub with moving through “Fu She” inner of Groin to “Qi Chong” repeatedly for several times.

|
操作：施术者以两拇指指腹置于小腹“维道”穴处，经腹股沟内缘的“府舍”到“气冲”穴止，反复摩动若干次。 |

Operation: The performer rubs the above mentioned accupoints repeatedly for six times and should keep a certain time for each accupoint.
|
|
|
操作：施术者用拇指揉以上诸穴，反复操作六次左右，而且每一个穴位都要保持一定的时间。 |
|
Operation: The performer rubs with big and small “Yu Ji” with strength from “Tian Tu” to “Fu Zhong” and “Yun Men” right and left separatedly and then press vertically with big and small “Yu Ji” and the root of palm, repeatedly for 3-6times.

操作：施术者以两手大拇指及大小鱼际着力，自“天突”处开始向左右两侧同时用力分抹至“中府”“云门”外，再用大小鱼际及掌根部着力，垂直向下按压，反复操作三至六次。 |

Operation: The performer supports with one hand on beneficiary's occiput, taking up and rubbing on neck with three or five fingers of another hand for several times repeatedly.

操作：施术者一只手扶着受术者枕部，另一只手三指或五指拿揉颈项部肌肉，反复若干次。 |
