文摘:研究了香精与乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物粒子之间的界面行为，以便为香型母粒的制备提供必要的理论依据.利用傅立叶变换红外光谱、表面张力、接触角及比表面面积等测定手段，分析了香精与载体之间的吸附类型和润湿作用.并通过一系列吸附实验，讨论了配料比、温度、压力、搅拌等工艺条件对吸附量的影响.结果表明，香精在乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物粒子表面的吸附为物理吸附；香精无法完全润湿载体粒子表面，但可以对其形成部分浸润；提高温度、压力、搅拌速度可以增加吸附量，而延长吸附时间对增加吸附量贡献不大. |
