中文: 近年来随着慢性心力衰竭病理生理机制研究的不断深入,β受体阻滞剂由过去心衰治疗的禁忌证转变为适应证,目前循证医学结果显示只有比索洛尔、美托洛尔和卡维地洛三种β-受体阻滞剂适用于慢性心力衰竭的临床治疗,本文就这三者从临床药理学和循证医学角度作一比较,结果显示:美托洛尔和比索洛尔临床疗效相似,卡维地洛较前两者更佳。
